Victoria is a mother of three girls, aged 18, 10, and 7. She trained with The Wise Hippo in 2015 as a hypnobirthing instructor and has taught and supported many families over the past decade. She advocates for parents to feel in control and calm during pregnancy, making informed choices regardless of their birth setting decisions. She also supports breastfeeding and traditional baby bonding. Victoria teaches with calmness, love, and understanding and embeds an Islamic ethos throughout the classes.
Classes can be offered in person or online, according to your circumstances.

This is a 2 hour introduction to hypnobirthing class. You will learn relaxation techniques and skills and tools to use during your pregnancy and birth experience. You will enjoy a taster of the full course option.

4 x 2.5 hour sessions in a women only environment. The course will focus on understanding childbirth, fear and the impact it has on a relaxed birth, relaxation and breathing techniques, birth planning, bonding with your baby during pregnancy and after birth, the role of the birth partner as well as much much more

4 x 2.5 hour sessions. This has the same content as the group full course but can be tailored to you and your birth partner/s. This may be your husband, friend or family member who will be with you when the special time comes. The course can be tailored to your own needs and focus on an individualised programme specific to you.
